By accessing or using the SPPIN Hub platform ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of an educational institution, you represent that you have authority to bind that institution to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.
SPPIN Hub is a web-based supply chain simulation platform designed for educational use in higher education and professional training contexts. The Platform allows institutions to run structured business simulations, track student decisions, and generate performance reports.
To use the Platform, educators must register an account. You agree to:
Student access is managed by the institution's administrator or tutor. Institutions are responsible for ensuring that student use complies with these Terms.
You may use the Platform solely for legitimate educational and training purposes, including:

SPPIN Hub owns: the Platform software, underlying algorithms, simulation engine, design, branding, and all Platform content created by us.
Institutions own: their own content uploaded to the Platform, student work, and simulation results generated during their contracted runs.
You grant SPPIN Hub a limited licence to process institutional content solely to provide the Platform services.
Simulation results, scores, and reports generated on the Platform belong to the institution. SPPIN Hub may use anonymised, aggregated simulation data for product improvement and research purposes, provided no individual or institution can be identified.
We aim to maintain 99.5% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. We are not liable for downtime caused by force majeure events or third-party service failures.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Either party may terminate the agreement by giving 30 days' written notice. We may suspend or terminate access immediately if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email and/or prominent notice on the Platform at least 30 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts, except where you are a consumer with rights under the law of your country of residence.
