How is a custom Boardroom different from the free one?
The free Boardroom is a curated single-player taster. A custom Boardroom is built specifically for your course — your weeks, your topics, your learning outcomes. Cohort plays through a private URL; you get a tutor dashboard.
What's the minimum cohort?
25 students. Below that, the per-cohort overhead doesn't work for either side. Volume discounts and multi-cohort institutional terms are available — we'll send a full quote with your enquiry.
Can I use it for graded assessment?
Yes, for formative practice and continuous assessment up to ~20% of the module mark. For exam-replacement / summative use, mention it in your enquiry — we have a dedicated tier with proctoring + validity reporting.
What if a generated dilemma misses the mark?
Every cohort gets a sample-week preview before commitment. You can regenerate any specific dilemma per card — first 5 free per course. We won't ship a cohort you haven't approved.
How long does setup take?
Typically 3-5 working days for the first cohort once we have your syllabus. Returning cohorts re-running the same module next semester are same-day.
Who owns the generated content?
You. You can take the final dilemmas with you, modify them, or use them outside the platform. We retain a perpetual licence to use anonymised performance data for product improvement.
