University Security Pack & DPIA Support

DRAFT — available to institutions under evaluation.

  • A consolidated pack covering tenancy & access control, auditability, file handling, AI governance, data-subject rights, retention, incident response, academic integrity, identity/SSO, subprocessors, and a data-flow diagram.
  • DPIA support material to assist your institution’s assessment (you remain the Controller and DPIA owner).
  • Provided to procurement/IT contacts during evaluation; request via your account contact. Authorised administrators can generate the current pack from the admin console.

Identity / SSO

SAML and OIDC federation (Entra / Azure AD / Shibboleth) with organisation role mapping is supported via configuration; the live handshake is activated per institution during onboarding.

Policy versions

Policies are versioned; acceptance is recorded against the version in force. Current versions are listed via the Trust Center; all copy is DRAFT pending legal sign-off.
