Subprocessors

DRAFT — pending legal review. The third parties below may process personal data on MyEdMentor’s behalf as Processor. Each is engaged under data-protection terms and used only for the stated purpose. This list is maintained from the current configuration; confirm against signed contracts before relying on it.

Material changes (a new subprocessor, or a change of purpose) are notified to institutional Controllers so they may object where applicable, per the Data Processing Agreement. AI providers are subject to the additional controls in AI Governance — notably pseudonymisation before any data is sent and metadata-only logging.
